I can't say enough about Zach's personal training program. His approach, planning, and energy level have made me enjoy getting back into shape without feeling intimidated or unsafe. When I leave my sessions with Zach I feel better than when I arrived--I feel my muscles being used, but not hurt, and his exercises are incredibly functional. Zach has continuously evolved the workouts and helped shift the goalposts as needed. By resetting reasonable expectations ever higher, he has made this a continuous and fun challenge.
